Newer Super Mario Bros Wii mods

Hi: I found and installed propperly the Mod Newer Super Mario Bros Wii and another mod in WUP installer format so I suppose it is possible to play Mods made for Riivolution without the original disc and in the Wii U menu without having to acces the VWii menu first and then Riivolution having an original copy of the game. How do I make a Wup installer file of a mod I recently found made that has files for Riivolution to be able to play it without original copy of the game and without Riivolution? Is there a way to pathc the files into a copy of the game just like is possible to do that forn Super Mario World hacks using Flips?
