Are levels 1-3 and 1-A supposed to have no coins? i see nowhere where they could be unless theres a vine somewhere...

I have to ask, is this is from the romhack I made?
If yes, then the answer you are looking is yes.

All 3 coins are gettable on all levels (except cannons). For the first five worlds, the starcoins are hidden in these custom areas.
You see, those levels have the "grassland platform/canyon" theme, so the hidden entrance to the custom area is usually a hidden vine block placed somewhere in the level
