New 3DS turns on with black screen and blue light. Please HELP :)

My new 3DS with CFW turns on with black screen and blue light on.

Tried power on without the memory card and it showed the error screen (see picture)
Tried removing the battery and reinsert/with charger
Tried recovery mode, and booted to black screen
I was able to access the God Mode menu and the Luma setting. But when I rebooted it goes back to the black screen.
Any Solution, anyone…

Yeah the system back up? The essential files, bin, sha files

Yes, you can reflash in godmode. Go under scripts, then nand mega script iirc.

OK I just never done it before. So where do I put in the backed up Nand? just follow the instruction?
