Hardware new 3ds super mario black edition with dual ips?

I found a new 3ds super mario black edition for sale and the person claims it is dual ips. It looks like it but I thought none of these had ips displays....? Can anyone confirm? I have never seen the ips displays in person. Also, what would be a fair price for one of these? He seems to be asking a lot for it but then again I see the dual ips xl's go for pretty high and this would be more rare.

you could ask to get cfw on there and use 3dsident to verify the screens....and. there is no way what so ever about that price. That price is stupid.

I would offer 650. And yes that’s a dual IPS. Going to look the best on the regular NN3DS because the resolution is sharper.
