Gaming need suggestions about a laptop

if someone reccomends alienware, dont ever read their other reccomdeations. alienware is overpriced.

Well, usually I would not recommend Alienware, But that model is kinda of a good deal.... i mean 1k usd for that...

you could get better quality for 1k dude

Tell me then, Other than making your own laptop, can you buy something with that kind of specs for 1 k usd?
And i'm saying laptops not desktops

Ok you beat me, but I still stand to my belief that alienware model is a good deal compare to other alienware.

Actually, I can agree pretty firmly with that. My only real qualm with Alienware is that their customer-service is atrocious. With XoticPC, you get Live-Chat/Phone-Support, (Chat is something Alienware, actually... doesn't have). Basically, what this means is that to get any type of reliable support you have to jump through tons & tons of hoops (if you're not hung up on (completely serious)) and cause a fuss if something ever goes wrong with your machine. That aside, the M14x does have a pretty solid value at the moment since it's the most powerful 14'' laptop.

That said, between an XBOX & a PS3, I'd lean towards the PS3 because of Custom Firmware, the upcoming remakes (for example, FFX HD) & free multi-player.
