The UltraFlashPass aka NinjaPass(?) were manufactured by that NDSGBA like said above. The company is a complete fraud and the people who bught the UFP never got any support for their products. When they asked for support they just shut down the support forums.

Some criticism towards these "came-out-of-nowhere" products is a good thing.

I bet it is another UFP/NinjaPass fraud. They just changed the sticker again. The same manufacturer... same stores etc.

Haha, if they can't reveal the company behind the product it is even more obvious it is a cheat. Why to even bother? At least I feel sorry for the poor guy who buys something so useless. UFP is not supported, it is slow and a bad quality product.

If you want a cheap solution why not to buy a SC Rumble, it is around 25 dollars. The cheapest it can get, the slot 1 solutions cost more than that and even the Ewin2 series can't really beat that.

Hi all,
I have been in contact with sky2k.com regarding the NDS 1:1.
Here is what they have to say:

Hi Bill,

What is the website of your online gaming magazine? We would be very happy
to help.

The manufacturer's website is in pure Chinese, which is not very helpful to
most of our audience.

We are responsible to provide all customer support of the product.

Hi,

Thank you for your response regarding the NDS 1:1 product. My only concern
before ordering this product is your reluctance to disclose who the
manufacturer of the product is. If this is a legitimate product, then the
manufacturer should not be worried about giving out their web address. How
are customers supposed to download updates and firmware updates? What if
there is a problem with the NDS 1:1 and the customer needs to contact the
manufacturer for repair or for tech support? I hope you understand my point
of view. I am not being unreasonable.
In addition, I am a reviewer for an online gaming magazine with thousands of
readers and I wanted to get your response on this matter before I make a
post. Many have asked why sky2k won't give any info on the manufacturer.
Your repsonse would be very helpful.
Thak you,
Bill

Here is my response email back to them:

Hi,

Thaks for your fast response.
The website address of the online magazine is:
gbatemp.net

Here is a link to the discussion of the NDS1:1
http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=37832

I am not sure, but you may have to register with the website to view messages. But, try the link above as I believe you will be able to read but not post messages.

As you can imagine, there is some buzz about the product, however, with the very limited imformation you have provided about it, most reders are skeptical at best. Some say that the NDS 1:1 is a rehash of another Chinese made product that failed to deliver on its promises.
Specifically, we are looking for answers to support of the product. You have stated that sky2k.com (your site) will be in charge of that. But, will you be providing firmware updates should they arrive or any other tech support for the NDS 1:1.
Any additional information other than what is stated on the product 's info page would be appreciated.
You can imagine the excitement surrounding this product if it performs as you claim it does, especially at that price which is substatially lower than other competing brands out there.
Thank you!
B.

So, when someone from the company responds, I will post it here. I really like their fast response time. That says much about them. However, my concern is regarding future support and updates of the NDS 1:1. Let's say the Chinese company closes down in 2 months. What will sky2k.com do then? Will they still provide support or will they wash their hands of the whole thing. Again, from my point of view they should list the website, even if it is in Chinese. Afterall, I am sure there are a few Chinese gamers who go to gbatemp.net and who can read Chinese characters!!

I actually was a reviewer for a gaming magazine in the past, and would love to write one on the NDS 1:1 for our gbatemp readers.
Unfortunatley, sky2k's limited info on its product plus reluctance to provide a web address to the manufacturer, has put doubts in my mind on the validity and future support of the product they are selling. That's why I wanted to open communication with them. I believe that if you are selling something, then it should be no problem to give out as much info on a product s you can. So far, they have been writing to me and I hope the next response they submit will have more "meat" on the NDS 1:1.
When they respond, I will post it here. Otherwise, I would hold off on buying the NDS 1:1 for now.

Hi all,
I receivewd a response back from sky2k regarding the previous email I sent them about the NDS 1:1 product. Here is their reply:

********
After reading the discussion, we have a few things we wish to clarify.

Sky2k.com is a reputed independent company based in Canada. We have as much
connection with the producer of NDS 1:1 as we have with Microsoft - We are
just selling one of their products. :-)

We ship worldwide. In fact, most of our customers are international.

From our internal testings, NDS 1:1 has a higher DS Rom compatibility than
DS-X, and in only 1/3 of the price. Considering you can always use it as a
passcard that is capable of storing a few games, this is a pretty good deal.

If any professional reviewer interested in buying a sample for reviewing
purpose, please feel free to contact us.

Sky2k
*********
So, there you have it. THe official response from sky2k, which in my opinion, doesn't give any more info than their website. One thing that really bothers me is this part:

"From our internal testings, NDS 1:1 has a higher DS Rom compatibility than
DS-X.."

Umm, wait a minute. The DS-Xtreme has not even shipped out yet!!! How could they possibly know if their product is better?? What did they base their tests on?
Again, they are reluctant to disclose who the manufacture of the NDS 1:1.
My final opinion is to not buy the NDS 1:1 and not to do business with sky2k.com. Something just doesn't seem right with them. If ther are any gamers who are risk takers ans actually want to spend $50+ on the flashcard, please write a review about it.

I think I have some info that might....might be interesting to people who speak chinese in terms of the manufacture of the NDS 1:1

...manufacturer should not be worried about giving out their web address.

Well from my digging around I found the manufactures web site here:

NDS 1:1 Website

It appears to be in chinese...so I can't understand it to well...

Anyway they also have a video but I haven't yet been able to download it!

Cheers,
