Hacking NA N3ds (Regionswaped) turns on the blue screen, nand mod wont even boot up either

So yesterday everything was fine and ive been playing it with the region swap for about 4 days now and ive noticed no problems, so last night i think the battery died and i plugged it up and turned it on, blue boot screen thats all it was doing. So then i decided ill try to restore the nand, it wont boot into the mode to do so only that first blue screen, what do i do now.
