because then they could probably ban it(not that there is any proof your using any flashcard on it atm anyway)....or someone phones up and reports their console stolen and give your serial......basically its not good practice to post the whole serial

While stock of the N3DS and N3DS xl gets fast, i can only say, soon we only have 9.4 / 9.5 consoles left and ebay will pop-up with 9.2 and lower N3DS (XL) systems for a price to high it's worth it.

Yea I'm in the same boat. Got a pre-order in for MM and has been preparing for shipment for 5 days. Good to see I'm the not the only one BB pre-order that hasn't gone out yet. I picked up a black at BB though day of.

They are pissed at us for not spending $20 for expedited shipping. Still BS they had to wait until release to even ship.

I wasn't even given the option Only thing was the basic shipped - couldn't change.

Basically the system says it'll ship monday, and arrive on the 19th =(

Well as long as it's a 9.0 I can wait.
