Using gateway? Gateway team can repare your 3DS if the brick was caused by the card.

Have a nand backup? You can sold it and restore it.

Nothing... Nintendo support...

Using R4... If you can't restore your nand using a backup, send it to Nintendo. You can't do nothing.

Yes I contacted them they wanted £40 to fix

It's your unique solution.

If you still wanting to load backups, send it now, because Gateway team have version 9.2 running exploit and nintendo is going to update your 3DS to V9.2
P.D.
NEVER use clons, use GATEWAY.

Well one issue probably is also R4 became a relatively generic term for carts back in the day of NDS hacking and some people probably assumed the 3ds ones were made by the same people...

If you don't have a NAND backup, your only option right now is to send it to Nintendo and get it fixed. It will most likely be updated to the latest firmware so you should start saving money and start buying games and support the companies that make the games. If you don't want to buy the games, the only thing left is to get Gateway since they have already announced that they have their flashcart working on the latest firmware, 9.2.0-20. Not to mention the R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe is a clone of Gateway so you're better off getting a Gateway even if it's a little bit more expensive.

At the end of the day, your R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe is practically useless now.

You could sell it online and try to recoup some of the money.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
