Hardware My 3DS Analog Stick is kinda broken...

Hello,
I have o3dsxl and i have it for about 2 years and i have also played a lot of smash on it, so that means that it must happen....
Now, my 3DS Analog Stick is like this:
Left and Right: Fully Functional
Up and Down: If i use up and down, it:
1. Doesnt respond for like 3 seconds and then does the action and stays up or down for a while.
2. It automatically responds but it stays at the direction i flicked it for like 3-5 seconds.
To be honest, i live in Iraq but i am in Germany for Holidays and i only have a week so if i send it to Nintendo, there is a slight chance i won't get it back.
Any ideas to clean up this mess?
Answers are appreciated.
EDIT: I could buy extra parts, but i have no clue how to replace them

You could find a console/phone/computer repair shop and ask them to fix it?

it's not "kinda" broken. either it is working, or it is not.

It either doesnt work properly, or it works for a while then it doesnt work properly

Very easy to do.

As for your original question - circle pad uses 2 sliders for left-right and up-down directions:

Conductive layer on them will be erased after long use so its impossible to repair that, just replace the whole part.

Thx for the guide, but to be honest, i am just a 13 year old kid soooo i dont wanna risk my 3ds
