Gaming MK8 Doing tricks while drifting

Lately when I have been seeing some people in WW tricking while drifting and the drift is not reset, so the orange spark is still there when they trick. I tried to replicate this myself, but I have not been successful. I was thinking it may require both right shoulder buttons to pull off, but again was not successful.
I cannot seem to find a tutorial on how to perform this. So I ask how is this done?
Or am I seeing those people using the instant orange MT code that was released a while ago?

The only glitch i can recall being related to drifting is fire hopping glitch.
Although it seems like cheaters got into MK8 so probably that since it's almost impossible to keep orange drift so they're definitely cheating.
