Can I play as Waluigi online without getting my 3DS banned? I'm worried about downloading this

Yep, press select when opening the mod, go to course manager and disable all.

I'm having trouble downloading it. I pit my sd card in the computer and it only has 3 folders, no boot.firm, cias folder or anything like that. I copied the zip to the sd card but it didn't work, what can I do?

You need either one of those to play CTGP-7. If you want to install CFW, follow this guide: https://3ds.hacks.guide/. You'll need a flashcart or specific DSiWare if you're using the latest 3ds system version.

It is the files just replaced as others can see you as honey queen i think so (99% true).
