Really, you can't beat that game in seconds.
For anyone who says "Yes you can, it's called speedrunning/TAS!", I meant for normal people like OP.

Go to the Resident Evil wiki and look up money, see what earns the most and grind it.

It really isn't that hard...

I did not even know that there was a wiki, nor do you need to be "upset" by a lazy guy like me asking this kind of thing and hey, I did not have the nerve to ask for cheats

Idk, never played that game.
If you're in a tight spot on a game, wiki it and you'll progress.
Anyway, a 5 sec google search showed this.

when I said "without cheating" I inclued bugs and glitch's xD (unless I lose my patience -.-")

Shoot the crows, search everywhere that's about it... money and ammo drops are rng so there's no definitive way to say this guy in this room drops this if you kill him best way is to grind to get cash
