Unfortunately, You can not install any Custom Firmware on your 3DS without someones help. Because your 3DS is Firmware 11.0. that is not exploitable.

That's a good question. I don't know why. However, I deactivate it and SSB still doesn't work.

Try without the path changer, just put arm9loaderhax.bin at the root of the SD card. If everything works normally you probably didn't use the script properly.

Ah I thought it would still look for arm9loaderhax.bin if it couldn't find boot.bin.
