ROM Hack Luma ExeFS files

Hi, I have a question. I hacked the code.bin in the exeFS of Animal Crossing New Leaf, then I put it in luma -> titles -> [TitleID] -> exefs in my 3DS Sd but when I load the game I can’ see any change (I have enabled game patching in luma settings). Is there a way to solve this problem with exefs files? Because when I hacked rofs it worked perfectly

Look on the "Enable game patching" section. There is all the information you need.
For code.bin patching, you can either use a ips patch or the full code.bin.
