I just tired running GPGX and WiiSXRX and neither of them worked :( However, do you guys think you could apply this to this copy of of WiiXplorer? This copy incidentally happens to support Wii U Pro Controller support. Thanks guys.
We need to recompile that build from the source code for use my custom libFAT.

Have you tested FCEUGX, Snes9xGX, VBA-GX with the custom libFAT?

Do you mean like the source found here? Do you think you could add both UStealth support and Wii U Pro Controller?

No I didn't try those, I mostly use my Gamecube for that. I can try it though.

Tried the others and they didn't work either. And I can confirm that my hard drive works because Not64, a modded WiiXplorer and a old modded GPGX all reads my hidden drive. Can anyone else test and confirm this?

Edit: Now my drive is partitioned with NTFS (for Wiiflow) and Fat32 (for Not64 and the like). Should I format one partition and try that?

So today i've checked a "working" old libfat with UStealth support.
I've recompiled it with that old modifcation.

@godreborn @Sowden

Can you recompile again all these emulators using this test libfat for see if solves that issue? Thanks :)

U could test a single fat32 partition if u want, it is the most common that ppl use for the wii
I just tried one single NTFS and one single Fat32 partition. The only thing that read NTFS was Wiiflow. But it also read Fat32, so I think I'll just go with that. But as I said, neither of the programs posted here worked on NTFS or Fat32, however Not64 and some older software did.
So today i've checked a "working" old libfat with UStealth support.
I've recompiled it with that old modifcation.

I am unable to compile things on my own. I will wait until someone can to post it, sorry guys.

I'll just do the nes one for now, see if it works, then do the others as I'll have to redo devkitpro again for the psx emulator. ;)

Could you test again these libFAT builds compiled by me on my PC?
I have compiled it with the latest devkitPPC, libOGC, and PPC/Wii portlibs.

The file libfat-latest-SVN-Ustealth-TEST3.zip contains the built libFAT from latest commits on official SVN, with the UStealth patch i've found on this post by @Maxternal.

The file libfat-1.1.5-Ustealth-TEST1.zip contains the built libFAT from the code of libfat 1.1.5, with the UStealth patch i've found on this post by @Maxternal.

Tell me if these work for you.

(the custom libfat must be placed on C:/devkitPro/libogc/lib/wii/)

alright, I think I see that I messed up the first builds, because I was putting them in the fat library which another compilation required for libfat.a. I put it in the location in the devkitpro/libogc/lib/wii this time. this is test 1 or the first zip.
