As for the OP you can't really get a good idea just from a certain ISO site yet you could probably approximate.

I mean you have ebay which is filled with listings with loadiine-ready SD cards with games and instructions on how to use them - these have sold 1000's alone.

I say there is a good number of pirating on the Wii U which is unfortunate if you ask me.

I visit that ISO site once to download the Project Zero PAL version in order to play it uncensored, I would think many people just use it as the a last resort solution, since you can't get some games, injections, mods, in legit way. Probably the minory but still.
