Is there a way to move pedometer (steps) data from one 3DS to another?

Long story short my emunand 3DS filesystem got corrupt. I can access most things including steps data, I am trying to move several things over to a new system. I was able to successfully move Mii Plaza with all the visitors, as well as Activity log partially, its empty but if I put in or run a game that has been in it before then it populates it with correct play time and date first played etc... but Im surprised that with all that data steps data was not moved over. Ive tried copying over with JKSV and Checkpoint the Activity Log data, but it does not move the steps. Where are those stored and can I move them somehow? Its the last piece of the puzzle that i need to do. Other than maybe help me figure out how to move over icons for Activity log so I dont have to run each game once for them to show up.

Did you try with the 3DS's in-system transfer?
The one where you go to System Settings, then Data Management, then microSD management?

yeah im trying to do it without doing a full system transfer. If we can edit steps there is got to be a way to copy them...
