Gaming Is there a Torrent client OR Newsgroup app for the PSP?

I would rather use my PSP to grab torrents & grab Newsgroups then my laptop
Is there such an app?

do downloadmanagers exist too for the psp? , would be nice since it uses less power then my pc and it makes less sound

remember: ctorrent is still using a PSP. you only get a MAX of about 40KB/s

And that is because if it went any further, the wireless chip would die pretty quickly. Just get a UMPC or something.
