Hacking Is Mario kart DD save protected?

I tried using Daco, gcmm and many other gc save dumpers and I succeed in dumping this save however when I restore it it just create a iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.gci file that will be seen as corrupted when I load the game. My memory card is a Mad Katz 1019. I have tried with other memory cards and I have the same problem

I used gcmm to copy a save file i downloaded of the net to my 4MB nyko memory card and it worked just fine.

Try downloading a different mario kart DD save file and see if it works.

got the exact same problem, tried a lot of different saves (even my own save file dump) but they all end up with an iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii save file and the game tells me the save file is corrupted
so any info about this would be great. Thanks

IIRC (correct me if I'm wrong), the GC save dumpers have a bit of trouble with non-Nintendo memory cards.
