Hardware Im getting a used Vita. Anything i should watch out for?

Im getting a Vita in exchange for a E3 nor flasher on Tuesday. Anything i should watch out for? Can you get console banned on a vita? I dont think he does much hacking because he got surprised when i told him he could play pirated games on the ps3. Its the Oled model btw.

Screen scratches. Vita by default has, quite obviously I might add, nothing to guard it.

burn in from the oled is something to look for.

Oled burn is definitely something you should watch out for; I got my vita with some minor burns (nothing too severe though.)

The other thing you should watch out for is the indeniable pain of firmwares. If the guy hasn't used his vita in several months, it's likely that it will be on a good firmware, otherwhise.. you have no choice but to get fucked (or sell it and get a better firmware if you are desesperate about hacks/piracy.)

If you are not a poor-kid-firmware-whore you should buy a new one and just buy your games. Hack/piracy scene on Vita is slow, boring and complicated.
