There is only 24 more minutes for "tonight" by Pacific Standard Time. So unless we are going by Hawaii's clock, I'm guessing they mean early April 3rd (assuming it's a Japanese Nintendo Direct).

It can't be that earth shattering of news for them to do a surprise like this. If it was a big deal they would have been marketing it in advance.
