Gaming I can't register a Japanese SEN(PSN) account T_T

Well I tried creating a new SEN account so I could download Japanese demo's... GREAT everything did go well until I'd reset my Vita. It(my vita) says that I cannot use this account with PSN... For details go to register.qriocity.com >.> Yeah great that's the site I registered at and?

I tried to log in(no problems here...) and tried to translate this and that. It says I need to enter my creditcard info(1. I don't have a credit card, 2. I am too young for a CC.) I say no thanks I'll do without and then it goes to a screen where it asks for newsletters etc. then this happens:

'your account could not be updated please try it later again'

T_T SURE I won't... anyone willing to share a Japanese account without any personal details in it?

I've seen that post Prowler, but I have another problem, I can't access my account!

They say I need to enter my credit card info, as said I said no. Done after that I got some newsletter thing. Then it said my account could not be updated...

It was on that register your SEN account website btw.

If it is possible it seems like you know more could you make an account for me?
