Kernel appears to be available on
http://web.archive.org/web/20130701104046/http://www.ndsill.net/downloade1.asp
Firmware less so.
and something also on
https://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/
Though that site appears to be an older version (all these R4 clones I guess are a lot to keep up with).
