Well, Nintendo shipped it back and haven't said anything about my flashcart usage.

Your 3DS doesn't record that you play a flashcart. It has no way of knowing. it just sees you playing whatever game the flashcart uses, like Narnia and shit. Nintendo can't bust you for that.

While many people realized that this wouldn't be an issue, there are still quite a few that have worried themselves needlessly over it. I can understand why you posted it here.
