Hacking Hyrule Warriors DLC not showing up in Loadiine backup

So I dumped my Hyrule Warriors game to my SD card but when I went to play it the DLC I had bought on my physical copy did not show up. I made sure the DLC support box was checked before booting up the game too and still nothing. How do I get the DLC to show?

Was doing the same to me, would not show up when using mii maker, only works for me using the smash bros disc to load it.
