Dear

I would like patch my Mario 64 PAL wiware to 480p/60HZ.
In wiiU with USB Loader gx when I force ite screen and speed is good like NTSC version, but the sound have somme issue like if is not synchronize, and jump.

How to patch it properly from PAL version to NTSC please?

You cannot patch PAL VC wads to run at 60hz. Well, you can, but the game will run very choppy like. Instead, you should force NTSC wads to run at 60hz. That way the game will be running at its intended speed.

I'm not familiar with running wads through USB Loader GX or Wii U but you could install a custom bootloader made by Stev418 that would force wads to run in 60hz even on PAL machines.
