How to delete CBHC when homebrew is not launching due to installing latest frim

Hello all,
I bought a modded WiiU a year ago and recently decided to try to open homebrew and it displays error code 199.9999 the shuts down. I’m attempting to follow the guide but it is not telling me how to delete CBHC which is what I believe is the method of modification on this system. It had CBHC and haxchii folders on the SD and a “do not touch me” health and safety app so I’m assuming is CBHC. Can someone help me uninstall it so I can install tiramisu and not brick this beautiful underatted system?

Thanks a lot I guess Nintendo deleted cbhc for me when I updated into the newest firmware I was able to delete the “do not touch me” app since the WiiU was booting normally instead of booting with CFW. Thanks a lot

Yes correct, If the system gets a update CBHC will be removed.
