CBHC 1.6 WiiU updated to 5.5.6, lost the ability to launch any installed games now....

As the title states, my toddler updated my WiiU to 5.5.6 and now none of the installed games work. The unit had installed CBHC 1.6. Can I just follow the guide to get Tiramisu on there? I have no way of uninstalling CBHC as the Homebrew store no longer works.

The 5.5.6 update is known to replace the coldboot entry, so it sets it back to default and as a result CBHC is no longer active.

Yes. You also should have an app called "DO NOT TOUCH!" or something along the lines. Normally removing this would be a brick as the Wii U tries to boot to that but as the update changed this it's save to remove it (via settings -> data management) now.

Another option would be to restore the coldboot setting, so make CBHC functional again, but I would suggest to switch to Tiramisu instead.
