I think you can't post links on this forum.

Are you sure it's OK to post links in a private message here?

Hey CatmanFan, quick question. Will other WAD bases work as well? Or are they just 'destined' to fail with injecting? As I may try this out SNES wise, with another WAD as I only want to use those which I bought in the Wii Shop. And as DKC2 isn't available anymore, I can't use the 'perfect base'. :/ So any other SNES WADs recommended for PAL Wiis?

I can't link any WADs from this site, unfortunately. A few SNES WADs should work (including Super Metroid (J/U) and the PAL60 version of Mario's Super Picross), but DKC2 has the best compatibility. All I can say is Google is your best friend.

Oh no no, didn't want links, but just know game titles. ^^; To buy them in the store themselves, before the Wii Store might ever shut down... However, no European Super Metroid then? (Ignoring the 50Hz fact, as Picross is 60Hz)

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest is for you if you're looking for great injection compatibility.
Mario's Super Picross may probably be the same, I'm not really sure, except that it runs on 60Hz (NTSC/PAL60) rather than 50Hz (PAL50).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the latest version of Dolphin I think runs VC almost flawlessly. Older versions of Dolphin (such as 3.5) had glitched audio with SNES VC, no audio unless the emulated HOME button is pressed with N64 VC, and no video output with NES VC. By the time Dolphin 5.0 was released, these issues were fixed.

If you run from open>wad, maybe it will run, but from Wii Menu, as the OP said, nop.

It does run from Open>WAD. I have a copy of the Wii Menu for Dolphin that allows for launching channels directly, and a WAD can be launched as long as it has been used or opened at least once. WADs that are never opened or used in Dolphin cannot work with it.

All my Nes VC wads din't run directly from wad, but all the other VCs was ok. I was trying to inject Mother 25th Anniversary, just took the Earthbound Zero and replaced it, all good on real Wii.

    1. A virtual machine using VMware, Boot Camp or something else is the best solution, since it provides you to use Windows applications within an emulated PC on Mac.
    2. It is illegal to share WADs here on this site, so no. Try Googling it.

I'm trying to create a Link to the Past JP1.0 WAD, but unfortunately the WAD Injector apps you've linked no longer lead to a download, and I'm having no luck finding them on Google. Any help?

Try clicking on "Watch on YouTube" on this video, which will redirect you to the video page on YouTube where you can find a link in the description for a pack of tools, including the Autoinjectuwad WAD Injector.

I can't give you a link to the pack of tools directly due to the fact that the ZIP file included in the link contains a few SNES and Genesis WAD files.
