Well that's the question. If they can distinguish between compromised consoles and people who got the game early by mistake then its probably perm. if they can't then there's a chance its temporary.

As far as I know actual cartridges use headers, and game installs (CIAs) do not.

Well they sure are playing with a hacked console too. They did dump the games u know.

Well this is true. Also, here in Spain, there is a zone where alredy sells the games (Canary Islans, far away from the rest of the country).

I'm getting both error codes, one when going to S/M the other eShop. Am I permabanned from eShop and just temp banned from games, or do they just use two different error codes?

Also of note, my Wii U works fine.

Funny Thing is I didnt actually play online on it, I also have 5 copies on preorder for me and family, and the reasoning im asking this is i cant access the eshop with the stuff ive purchased aswell and have spent atleast several hundred in it.

You have to. If not, you don't get the ban. The thing that you have preorder the game, does not mean you didn't stoll it xD

Except I havent gone online on it, Unless just the nintendo system itself being connected is enough for it.

Still not sure. Maybe 15 days, but if have been ban before or hace the two bans, it may be permaban.
