Hacking How do I use an external hard drive that was for Wii U, on my PC again?

Hello. I recently upgraded my external hard drive for my Wii U. Now I want to use the old hard drive on my computer. But my computer doesn't recognize it. I plug it in, and it doesn't show up. Probably because it was formatted specifically for the Wii U. Is there anything I can do about this? Or do I have to buy another hard drive?

go into disk management, then format the unallocated memory. also, assign it a drive letter.

Plug it in, go to control panel, computer management, then disk management if it see the drive, initialize it and format it.

Thanks guys. I had to use ease partition master. But it worked.
