Homebrew How do I remove the disc channel?

I know this sounds stupid but hear me out.

So, my Wii DVD Drive is Broken and I'm not planning to repair it or anything because USB Loader GX is a thing, therefore the disc channel in my case is useless.

So, I ask this question again.

How do I remove the disc channel?

I tried to use any title deleter mod before to delete the photo channel and after selection and IOS, my Wii mote switches to player 2 and I have to reboot the wii

Why not use PriiLoader to boot directly to GX ?
You will need to educate yourself on how to do it, but it's not hard.
Search here on GBA &/or google away.

Best option is to boot directly to gx using priiloader as mentioned above.

There is no way to remove the disc channel from the main system menu, it's not an installed channel but a component of the system menu itself. There's a priiloader system menu hack that allows u to move it however, so you can stick it on the final page of channels if u want to try to hide it from view

Wii is very cheap and backwards compatible with GameCube so who knows exactly why.
