How do I get DSi system apps on twilight menu ++

Regular system apps I'm thinking should be able to run on Twilight, some apps may need to have modifications such as system settings forwarding to the twilight menu settings, others like camera and web browser work as they should, any methods of doing so would be helpful

That does answer half of my question, but what about other system apps like settings, the dsi shop, etc.?
They're in the nand somewhere, exactly where I don't remember. I did try running the settings app or dsi shop once and from what I remember they ran basically identically to their standard counterparts outside of some issues here or there.

    not that, some psu like those corsair rm series stock cables have very big knicks that make it impossible to fit in there
