Hacking How do I acces web browser on switch?

I heard that it wasn't available to public but is still deep inside the console.
I just can't find the thread that shows how to acces it.
can someone tell me how to acces it please?
Also, first, tell me if it has been fixed/if we still can acces it on 2.3.0

It´s not fixed. For ProxSwitch, did you set the Adress as your DNS Server on your Switch?
