I don't think the last number makes any difference to using Cubic Ninja. It's an exploit that directly retrieves the OTP; it is not Ninjhax.

The last number doesn't affect Ninjhax, but rather if he has an exploitable browser/if he even has a browser. The last number after the dash (11.0.0-33U) identifies browser version. If OP has a good browser version, they could just use the browser right now to dump OTP, and from there cart update to 9.2, install a9lh using the dumped otp and then update to 11.0
