@ksanislo made this pretty cool website that can be used for CIA titles database, i suggest you to push your homebrews here: https://www.titledb.com/

    Manual list:

This is a list of any known CIA Homebrew and Unique ID already used.
If you're a developer, please, avoid to use an already used Unique ID and if you want your homebrew to appear in this list please just reply this topic saying me Unique ID of your homebrew.

NOTE: If your homebrew is not released (it means i can't found any download link to it on the net) i'm not going to add it to the list.

    Warning: Spoilers inside!

My CIA installer, FBI, (only on GitHub at the moment) is 0x1930, and if it matters my template uses 0x1929.

    What is the unique ID?
I thought it used the TitleID as a mean to differentiate the installed cia.
on wiki we are listing TitleIDs, is that needed? would uniqueID listed on wiki be helpful too?

TitleID (aka ProductCode) is useless, it is the "name" of the app.
UniqueID is the ID of the app. On your 3DS you cannot have imported 2 CIAs with the same UniqueID so having a list of used UniqueID could be usefull for devs.

Ehh, I had already started experimenting with it before yours came out, and I decided to keep working on it just for fun and learning purposes. Also to expand my growing common utilities.

Also, I just couldn't pass up that naming opportunity. :P

Just going to reserve 0xFAAAA for CitrAGB once I get that going. If that doesn't happen though I'll just use it for another application.

When you use DevMenu, you see the TitleID?
Can two cia with different UniqueID shares the same titleID? that would mess the existing data.

The titleID is the path where the data are stored, if it's like Wii.
How is UniqueID used on NAND? it seems to be a number, not ascii like the TitleID path.

sorry for all these questions. I'm trying to understand.

With devMenu you see both UniqueID and TitleID.

You can install how many CIAs you want with the same TitleID but if you try to install an hb with a just used UniqueID, this hb will overwrite the old ones.

Maybe you should add "V1.1" to "Guess the Number" since the first build uses different IDs.
