hey guys i have an o3ds with no patches, i am working on a hardmod but it will take at least one weak or more

is there a way to get fbi and cfw on 11.0 atm?

(i dont have homebrew cause browserhax was patched and i cant get menuhax working)

Well, you seem to have the right idea. Once you've gotten your hardmod complete, follow this guide, then continue with this one. Following the entire guide, once complete you'll have arm9loaderhax, a boot time exploit that allows for FBI and CFW like you want.
If you want to know why 11.0 downgrading isn't possible without a hardmod, read this.
