wow its nice plase this gbatemp. iam 16 yars old dude from finland. i like gameboy, i just got my gba sp. woow.
my friend got gba sp too. he has some weird card which you can play all games? what is this. can you help me.
he has some kind of "pogoshell" in his card... plz help.

It is a Flash cart. Basicaly it is a cart who is (most of time) the same size as a normal cart. Normally it come with a Flash linker cable you can plug on your PC via USB or Serial port to upload/download to/from the flash cart.You can go the in the section Flash Advance , Extreme, Flash 2 Advance, EZ-Flash and X-Rom Where you can find an anwser to probably all your questions.

These carts can be used for development or to load public or commercial games who are called ROMs. No ROMS can be found on this forum. Must go on IRC or take a look in the GBA scene links section.

I would suggest a 512MB or 1GB because Flash2Advance cart need 2MB on the cart and if you are trying to use the cart for 256 MB games/video you iwll be disapointed a bit!

Are the 1G ones as compatible as the other one's yet? If not Get a 512...I'm waiting till I see no more complaints on the 1G till I dish out that kinda money.

They replaced the "bad" one with the wrong chip in it to the customer. Now it is supposed to be ok.
