You can backup your NAND
or/and use JKSM to export all your save datas to your SD.
and use FBI to reinstall any games you want.

No. NAND backups only contain the system's CTRNAND, which houses the tickets for those games and not the games or saves themselves. If a game doesn't appear after restoring an older backup, you only need to reinstall the ticket for the game.

This means, under normal circumstances, you won't need to backup your applications or savedata. Just make sure you're able to reinstall tickets if you need to.

Its nice you guys are so helpful. It would probably be even more helpful to ask why the OP needs to downgrade in the first place. Assuming you truly have custom firmware installed it would not benefit you in any way to downgrade. If anything you would want to be on the latest so you wont get bothered when playing games online, there is httpwn but why add another step when latest firmware is safe.

I downgraded because I wanted ntr streaming, so there is a benefit and you can still play online on 11.3

Why don't you just make an emunand and restore your 11.3 backup to that? Just don't forget to use tinyformat on the emunand to unlink it after restoring the 11.3 backup to it.

the cart option only works for regular carts, plus, saves are saved on the cart
