Just use Skreemr.com. It has unlimited downloading, plus it's free, and no registration is required. It might not be worth the money to use iTunes, and then find out it doesn't convert right.
Your fault for using LimeWire.
There's no point using Audacity to record through your soundcard at that quality - streaming audio from MySpace and YouTube will absolutely max out at 96Kbps, meaning that the file is about 3x as big for no reason. On myspace you can get the mp3 urls through the xml files, and youtube use http://mediaconverter.org/
IMO Avira (free edition) is probably best if you can't get rid of the virus.

That was literally the first Google result for free m4a to mp3 converter - I've used it before, and it works great for unprotected m4a files.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
