Hacking [HELP] Update R4i New Upgrade revolution

Hi, I´m very noob using NDSi and now I have a R4i flashcart that I don´t know how to update. The page that appears on the flashcart is www.r4i-sdhc.hk and I can´t find any update there. Some of the things that appear on the flashcart are:

- R4i NEW (new is in red with a yellow background)​

- Upgrade​

- Revolution​

- www.r4i-sdhc.hk​

I´m about to try with the Retrogamefan firmware, but I don´t know which one I must choose. Besides, Retrogamefan archives are not the same as the flashcart already has (the is not moonshel, dxreader...), and I don´t know if I change all of them for Retrogamefan archives the NDSi XL would crash.

Some help please?
