Ive also heard a disambiguation or maybe its just a fun game to play with yourself. When you see someone who says "Yolo", i like to pretend that its a secret code that lets others know that said person would like to try anal for the first time, but they are way too scared to say that out loud.

EDUT which is what makes it so freaking funny when i see slutty girls use "yolo"
