ROM Hack Help me patch Dragon Quest 7 and 8 orchestral for Citra

So I have the orchestral files from on reddit for both DQ7 and DQ8. But I can't figure out how to patch them to use them on Citra (for full 4k goodness). If anyone has a pre-patched that would help. Or steer me to a utility. I don't want DQ8 undubbed tho.

So you managed to get it working? I'd like to know how to do it myself
