Basically, I was playing with the wads. I needed one for Mario kart 64 and apparently somehow I mange to make it work, but the wii disc drive doesn't read original wii games.

If that doesn't help any of you

What I probablity did was, instead of making it work for Nintendo 64 games and burned games, I feel that I somehow erase a wad that works with original wii games. I can only play backup games from my hard drive and downloaded games.

I need to fix this please help me, I think is because I made it to play backups not original wii disc games. The disc drive still spins but it reads " cannot read disc"

You should use bootmii and restore your NAND, if you don't know what did you erase... imagine us, if you can search in your wads folders maybe you can find it, I'm not pretty sure, but I remember an issue like this a few years ago... anyways if not, use pimp my wii or darkcorps and in the worst of the cases you better use modmii it even has a tool that said what is missing in the system, i think you should read a little more here in the forum and in less than an hour u will fix it

Wii Troubleshooting Guide 101:
  1. Post a SysCheck
  2. ???
  3. Profit!
Your description is vague, we don't have access to the WAD you installed (moreover, we can't even request it since it's warez) and we don't have physical contact with your system. If anyone is supposed to examine it, you need to provide a SysCheck report.
