Hardware Hello, remote for PSP? not PS3

Hello everyone 8D

I'm loving psp had it for many years now.
I mostly use it as a music player, have the genuine sony dock hooked up to my Luxman Amp and studio speakers.
I found out a while ago that I could use a ps3 controller to controll the psp and that was great except that when it runs flat it desyncs and I have to get the PS3 back out to re sync the ps3 controller to the psp.

I would really like to control my psp with a small remote.
The ps3 controller, not compact enough for my liking

can I use a bluray ps3 remote with the PSP?

is there any other options?

I have an andriod phone but could not find anything that alowed me to control the psp with it, quite a few apps allow you to control the phone with the psp :/

Could I use any of these?

I guess my last option would be to padhack a ps3 controller into a remote shape, remove unnecasary buttons, ect,
