Homebrew haxchi error

I used a guide to get Haxchi on my wii u, but whenever I load up the app, it always gives me "-5" or "-3" What exactly have I done wrong? I couldn't find any useful information while searching online.

Make sure you download Haxchi from here, and make sure you also put the haxchi folder onto the root of your SD card.
