I did have an NNID - I had both bans prior to me formatting my SD and reinstalling A9LH.
Loaded for a while and gave me the error - false alarm.

Read the original post "reinstalling a9lh". The user already had a9lh installed.
That's exactly what I expected, unfortunately.
It won't let you have an NNID at all.
Of course you can, but if you lost access to your NNID you just lost all your purchases and access to PKBank.
