Hardware has anybody purchased a eur new 3ds lately, what firmware is on them?

i really want a smaller new 3ds, i don't know japanese at all so i'm going to go ahead and pay extra for a european one.
i own 30+ US retail games so i'd like to use NTR CFW 2.1 for as long as possible.
also if i region change it not having the keyboard crash would be nice i'm pretty sure a eur console would be more reliable.
how likely is it that a brand new one purchased today would be under 9.2?

I've got a brand new N3DSXL Metallic Black on 9.0 Firmware for sale. Also with receipt and 1 year warranty if interested?

never heard of that site before, in stock and they ship to america relatively cheap too thanks i'll probably actually order from there.

    @The Real Jdbye What don't you get? If someone use a stolen creditcard. Then sell said key on G2A. If I the dev sold the game key, I will get the charge back cost. That's how it works, it doesn't matter if I generate 300 keys if 300 of them are bought with stolen credit cards. I never said it was on Steam, but its the dev that gets hit. There is a ton of stories out there if you google it.
