Can you tell me your gpu model? Does the fan of the gpu start or not?
How did you even get signal if you put the dvi cable to the new gpu you bought?
Or just return and get new one, it would've been better if you had another pc to test.

Sapphire Nitro Plus 4gb OC.

Yes, the fan starts.

I have 2 cords. one is VGA, and 1 is DVI.

The VGA is connected to my motherboard, the DVI is connected to my graphics card, both is connected to the monitor.

If I unplug my motherboard (VGA), it gives me no video. When it is connected, it doesn't show the graphics card.

That is my problem, my computer doesn't recognize my graphics card, even though all the connectors are plugged in.

I have downloaded the latest drivers, as well.

Anyways, I've RMA'd it yesterday. Should be getting a new one by Tuesday.

I'm sorry, I didn't read the comments of page 1. Basically the same thing i questioned.
So if you plug in to the amd gpu, it won't show any signal. It has nothing to do with drivers, it should boot but in your case it didn't. Probably faulty card
